Boston College Eagles at Virginia Cavaliers (12:30 p.m ET., ACC Network)

This isn’t the most hyped game of the college football weekend, but to a degree it is important for two defensive linemen who could hear their names called on Day 1 or 2 of the 2018 NFL Draft. Those two players are Virginia defensive end/tackle Andrew Brown and Boston College defensive end/linebacker Harold Landry.

In a recent Bleacher Report Mock Draft, Ryan McCrystal had Landry being selected in the first round, and in a recent WalterFootball.com mock draft, it had Brown being selected in the first round and Landry in the early stages of the second round.

Virginia’s Brown has been a part of the Cavaliers winning their past four games, including this past weekend at North Carolina when he totaled four tackles. Earlier this season against Indiana, Brown forced a fumble and has his season-high thus far of six tackles. According to Doug Doughty of The Roanoke Times, in the game against UNC, Brown had a QB hurry on a third down play that forced an incompletion.

Many have high expectations for Landry to be a first- or second-round selection at the 2018 NFL Draft, and for good reason. The defensive end/linebacker has built quite a resumé this season, having five or more tackles in all but one game this season, while also totaling five sacks and two passes defensed.
