The Denver Broncos face the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday, Oct. 22 in Week 7 of the 2017 NFL season. Here are highlights from the game.

The Los Angeles Chargers and Denver Broncos are meeting up in a crucial divisional match-up on Sunday afternoon. Not only is this the second time these two squads will be facing off in 2017, but whoever wins this game will either rise or sink in the AFC West divisional race.

Surprisingly, Denver has lost two of their last three games thanks to their offensive struggles. At the same time, Los Angeles has won their last two games, which has some people starting to believe that this 2017 Chargers roster may have what it takes to come back from that awful (0-4) hole they fell into at the start of the year.

If you remember back in Week 1, the Chargers were in position to take the Broncos to overtime, but Younghoe Koo’s kick was blocked in the final seconds, giving Denver the close 24-21 victory.

Who knows, maybe a few extra weeks of play is all that Los Angeles needed to finally take down their hated division-rivals.

Again, this is a wildly important game for both teams in the AFC west. With Kansas City Chiefs losing two-straight, they potentially have just opened the door for another team to chase them down for the division title in 2017. Whoever wins this game on Sunday will take one step towards doing just that.
