The Atlanta Falcons play the New England Patriots on Sunday, Oct. 22 in NFL Week 7 on Sunday Night Football. Here is all the info you need to watch.

Super Bowl 51 will be remembered forever for a couple of reasons. It was the first overtime game in Super Bowl history, and the biggest fourth-quarter comeback as well. The New England Patriots overcame a 25-point deficit against the Atlanta Falcons to win their fifth title.

While the story line continues to be Atlanta collapsing — they did it again in Week 6 against the Miami Dolphins so that will only make the story line grow — the real focus should be on how amazing Tom Brady was at quarterback for the Patriots. He picked apart a Falcons defense that had been frustrating him all game en route to the huge win.

This season Brady is now 40-years old, and is still slinging it around like he did in that historic fourth quarter. The defense of the Patriots isn’t as strong, but they’re still 4-2 and most of the credit for that falls on their veteran signal caller.

Atlanta however, hasn’t looked as impressive. They’re 3-2, but could easily be 1-4. They had two of their wins come down to the very last play, both times their opponents were threatening on the goal line and one actually had to have a game winning touchdown reversed for the Birds to escape.

Their defense has struggled tackling and 2016 NFL MVP Matt Ryan hasn’t looked the same with a new offensive coordinator. Playing New England may not be the best prescription for such struggles.

Super Bowl 51 and a half has all the makings of an exciting game. Neither defense is playing well and the offenses have been able to move the ball — well, at least the Falcons can for two quarters. This looks like a potential shootout.
