1. Chargers are now officially a “team-to-watch” moving forward

Don’t look now, but the Chargers have now won three-straight games and are definitely one of the hottest teams in the NFL. After beating the winless New York Giants in Week 5, the Bolts have now beaten the Oakland Raiders and Denver Broncos back-to-back. That said, there’s nothing like beating two divisional foes in a one-week timeframe.

For fans of the team, everyone needs to give rookie head coach Anthony Lynn some major credit for his team’s performance in the last three weeks. Remember, this was a football team that started their season (0-4). Not only is that extremely hard to come back from in the standings, but teams tend to quit to a certain extent.

However, it looks as though that was the furthest thing from this Los Angeles football team’s mind, as they are playing as good of football as anybody right now. Call me crazy, but with this pass-rush, running game and momentum — the Chargers are going to be a tough team to play throughout the rest of the 2017 regular season.

Now with a (3-4) record, Los Angeles will head to New England to face the red-hot Patriots. What Los Angeles fans need to understand is that a loss in Week 8 doesn’t mean that this team has taken a step back — it just means they played Tom Brady. However, their next four games against the Jaguars, Bills, Cowboys and Browns looks much more favorable and possibly winnable.
