The Washington Redskins face the Philadelphia Eagles on Monday, Oct. 23 in Week 7 of the 2017 NFL season. Here’s all the info you need to watch.
The Philadelphia Eagles will host NFC East Washington Redskins primetime on Monday Night Football in Week 7 of the NFL season. Philadelphia defeated Washington 30-17 on the road in Week 1 and are certainly looking to sweep the series. Washington has swept this divisional series for the last two seasons and won the five of the last six matchups dating back to December of 2014. The Eagles are 3-4 at home against Washington since the start of the 2010 season.
Philadelphia holds the best record in the NFC after the 28-23 road win over the Carolina Panthers last Thursday night. The Eagles were penalized ten times for 126 yards in that game but won thanks to their defense forcing three interceptions and six sacks.
If Philadelphia continues to perform at this level on both sides of the ball they would seem to be one of the best bets to be the No. 1 seed in the NFC. Vegas bookmakers certainly seem to believe in the Eagles, as Carson Wentz is now favored to win the NFL MVP Award over Alex Smith and Tom Brady.

Washington finds themselves at 3-2 and in second place in the division after barely holding on to defeat the San Francisco 49ers 26-24 at home. Kurt Cousins, who many believe might ending up playing for the 49ers next season, threw for 330 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday’s game.
Still, Washington found themselves up 17-0 in the first half before letting San Francisco come back and tie the game. Washington’s defense has been pretty good so far this season but allowed rookie C.J. Beathard to come in and throw for 245 yards and a touchdown after Brian Hoyer was benched during the game.
