The Los Angeles Chargers are heading out to the east coast to face the New England Patriots in Week 8. Here are 3 bold predictions for the game.

What a huge weekend it’s going to be for the Los Angeles Chargers, as they head east to face the New England Patriots in Gillette Stadium. Winners of three-straight games, the ‘Bolts will have the chance to prove their worth with a win over the defending Super Bowl champions on Sunday afternoon.

It’s pretty amazing to look back on how fast everyone’s opinions of a team can change in just a short amount of time. Not long ago, the Chargers were sitting on an (0-4) record, with a lot of people talking who Los Angeles should take in the top five of the 2018 NFL Draft.

Fast forward three weeks later, and we are looking at a team that’s scratching and clawing their way back into the AFC Playoff picture. Not only are those the kinds of teams that are the most dangerous late in the year, but this specific Chargers squad has a much easier schedule the rest of 2017.

If they can somehow get a road-win over the Patriots on Sunday afternoon, it would even up their record and would set the tone for the second-half of their season.

That said, take a look at three bold predictions for this crucial AFC match-up between the Chargers and Patriots in Week 8.
