Here are three bold predictions for the Philadelphia Eagles Week 8 game against the San Francisco.

What a year it has been for the Philadelphia Eagles as we head into Week 8 of the 2017 NFL season. After a 1-1 start, the Eagles have won five straight games, sitting on top of the NFL with the best record at 6-1. Eagles fans can thank Howie Roseman for this, as he built a team that is arguably the most well-rounded team in the NFL.

Thanking him is one thing, but they should want to hug Roseman instead because the trade for quarterback Carson Wentz in the 2016 NFL Draft looks better each week. Wentz is currently the front-runner for NFL MVP and has been dominant so far in his second season.

The second-year pro has 17 touchdown passes, best in the NFL, and has been elite on third down this season. If the Eagles are going to continue to win football games, it will be because of Wentz more than anything. He is the guy who makes that team go, so they will need to make sure they can keep him hot in the second half of the season.

Luckily for the Eagles, the 0-7 San Francisco 49ers come to town in Week 8. It wouldn’t even be bold to say the 49ers will beat the Eagles because that is just crazy to think at this point. However, here are three bold predictions for the Eagles and 49ers Week 8 matchup.
