The Dallas Cowboys face the Washington Redskins on Sunday, Oct. 29 in NFL Week 8 of the 2017 season. Here’s all the info you need to watch.

The Dallas Cowboys (3-3) are coming off their best win of the season, although it happened against the winless San Francisco 49ers. Their opponent in Week 8 will be the Washington Redskins, who are coming in off a loss. That defeat came at the hands of the Philadelphia Eagles, who have the best record in the NFL.

The contrast between which opponents they faced one week ago couldn’t have been any different, but that doesn’t mean nothing can be learned from those games. Dallas, for instance, played their most complete game of the season. Sure, it was against a bad team, but they made it look easy — which is what a team with playoff hopes needs to do against teams coming in at 0-6.

For Washington, they once again stood tough against a strong opponent. In the end, they didn’t have enough, but quarterback Kirk Cousins is showing he can keep them in games, despite getting little production from his wide receivers. Instead, he has been throwing to tight ends and running backs, which is of course something Dallas struggles with.
