Wide Receivers

Start

Marvin Jones Jr., Detroit Lions vs. Green Bay Packers – Jones has quietly gone three straight games with six receptions and 11.4+ fantasy points. The Packers defense has been pretty generous so far this season and I’m confident Jones will go for 14-16 PPR points.

Ted Ginn Jr., New Orleans Saints vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers – Normally I don’t like guys like Ginn or DeSean Jackson in PPR formats because they typically don’t catch a ton of passes. This week, I don’t care. The Buccaneers defense has been awful and there’s a good chance Ginn finishes as a top-20 wide receiver this week.

Robert Woods, Los Angeles Rams vs. New York Giants – Woods leads the team in targets (44), receiving yards (381) and is tied for the most receptions (27). The Giants secondary hasn’t been nearly as good as expected and they’ll be without their best cornerback, Janoris Jenkins, for this game.

Sit

Kelvin Benjamin, Buffalo Bills vs. New York Jets – Benjamin was traded to Buffalo on Tuesday and the team has a game on Thursday. I’m guessing if he’s active, his snaps will be severely limited and I don’t see the upside in playing him this week with such a quick turnaround.

Alshon Jeffery, Philadelphia Eagles vs. Denver Broncos – Jeffery did manage to score a touchdown last week but has three or less receptions in four out his last five games. The Broncos secondary is one of the best in the NFL and I believe they’ll shutdown Jeffery with little trouble.
