3. The offense rolls again

Going into Thursday night’s game against the Bills, the Jets had yet to reach the 30-point mark this season. They did so emphatically against Buffalo. They finally showed us what they’re capable of, and they will continue to roll against the Buccaneers.

Much like the Jets team, the defense of the Buccaneers isn’t what many expected coming into the season. The offense was supposed to take the next step, and the defense was supposed to be what defined this team. The defense has regressed, and the offense isn’t good enough to handle the regression.

The Jets can put up points against bad defenses, like we saw them do against the Patriots. That said, they also put up points against two top scoring defenses in the last three weeks. They may be division games, but against Miami and Buffalo, who had allowed less than 20 points per game heading into the games against the Jets, the Jets scored 28 and 34 respectively. So, there’s no reason the Jets can’t pile up the points against the Buccaneers.

The Jets will find the end zone at least five times on Sunday. They will set a new season high in point and continue to roll against this defense.
