Taking a look at which two teams will take the field and open up NFL Week 11 as they square off in primetime on Thursday Night Football.
The Pittsburgh Steelers will host the Tennessee Titans in Week 11 of the NFL season in what could be a preview of the playoffs as both teams currently lead their divisions. The Steelers extended their win streak to four games after coming back to defeat the Indianapolis Colts 20-17 on the road on Sunday. The Titans are also on a four-game win streak after their 24-20 victory over the Cinncinatti Bengals. Despite their 6-3 record, five of Tennessee’s games have been decided by a single score this season.
Pittsburgh enters this game with the 10th-ranked passing offense in the league, as well as the second-ranked passing defense. This Steelers team seemingly has turned around their season after losing to the Jacksonville Jaguars 30-9 at Heinz in Week 5.
Not only have the Steelers not lost since that game, but Roethlisberger has thrown just three interceptions in the last four games after throwing six in the two games prior to the win streak. The team has also been helped by 20-year old rookie Juju Smith-Schuster, who already has five touchdowns this season including one in each of their last three games.
The Titans are a team aided by a talented defense and strong run game. Running back Derrick Henry is likely the most talented backup in the entire league but DeMarco Murray is clearly still the top guy, as shown by his three-touchdown performance in Week 10.

Tennessee also has probably the best rushing quarterback in the NFL in Marcus Mariota. The Titans should be able to contain LeVeon Bell for much of Thursday’s game but the problem with the Steelers is that for every one player taken out of the game they have four more weapons that can completely burn you.
