The Denver Broncos will get the opportunity to play the Cincinnati Bengals this Sunday and here are three bold predictions for that game.

After losing five straight games, the Denver Broncos are looking to turn things around this week against the Cincinnati Bengals. Both teams are sporting 3-6 records and are trying to fight their way back into the playoff picture.

The Broncos have played the Bengals 30 times and have a 21-9 record in the series. Denver has won six of their last seven games against Cincinnati. The last time the Broncos lost at home to the Bengals was in 1975.

Cincinnati ranks last in the league in total offense with 2,466 yards on the season. They also rank 27th with 203.9 passing yards per game and 32nd with 70.1 rushing yards per game. The offensive line is mostly to blame for the Bengals’ offensive woes. This presents a tremendous opportunity for Denver’s defense who ranks eight in the league with 204 pass yards allowed per game and fifth in the league with 89.6 rushing yards per game.

This is a game that the Broncos can win. They are far more superior on both sides of the ball. The only thing that could hold them back, would be bad game by Brock Osweiler. Other than that, they should be able to do whatever they want against a suffering Bengals team. I don’t see Cincinnati being able to move the ball on Denver’s defense.

The Bengals opened their season with three straight loses before winning two straight games against the Cleveland Browns and the Buffalo Bills. After their two game winning streak they managed to lose three of their last four games.

Both teams are experiencing issues this season as the Broncos has lost five straight games and haven’t won a game since Week four against the Oakland Raiders. If anything, this could be the ugliest game of the season.

Even though both teams are more than likely not going to make the playoffs, this could still be a fun game to watch. With that being said, here are three bold predictions for this game.
