3. Ryan Fitzpatrick, QB, Tampa Bay Buccaneers (29.0 percent owned)

Don’t look at the name but look at the situation: Cam Newton finished as the No. 1 fantasy quarterback last week when he faced the Dolphins and Miami has given up 16 touchdown passes this season (T-9 most in the NFL). With Mike Evans returning this week from his one-week suspension, I’m expecting to see a little “FitzMagic” this Sunday.

2. Blake Bortles, QB, Jacksonville Jaguars (23.2 percent owned)

Even if you are four cocktails deep, I promise you aren’t seeing things. Bortles has three-straight games with 16.3+ fantasy points and the Browns have given up multiple touchdown passes in five out of their last six games. To top it off, rookie phenom Leonard Fournette goes into Sunday a little nicked up. Maybe Bortles gets a few extra pass attempts in a great matchup..

1. Rex Burkhead, RB, New England Patriots (40.9 percent owned)

I feel cheap putting Burkhead in this article, but he’s under 50 percent owned in ESPN leagues, so I wouldn’t be doing my duty by leaving him out. In case you haven’t noticed, Burkhead has back-to-back games with 15.3 PPR points. Chris Hogan has been ruled out for Sunday and Danny Amendola hasn’t been 100 percent healthy since his days at Texas Tech. Look for Burkhead to finish with about 8-10 carries and 3-5 catches against the leagues 26th-ranked defense.
