The Los Angeles Chargers head to Dallas to face the Cowboys on Thanksgiving day. Here are three bold predictions for this cross-conference battle.

The Los Angeles Chargers and Dallas Cowboys meet on up Thanksgiving day, with both teams looking for a win to stay alive in their conference’s playoff race. While the Cowboys are coming off two demoralizing losses, the Chargers throttled the Buffalo Bills in Week 11, improving their record to 4-).

If I had to choose which one of these two teams needed a win worse in Week 12, I would definitely go with the Cowboys. After starting the season 5-3, the silver and blue have lost two in-a-row and are sinking fast. Not to mention, they’ll be playing without superstar running back Ezekiel Elliot for four more games.

At the same time, a Chargers win would change the outlook of their 2017 season entirely. With a date against the Browns in Week 13, the Bolts could very well find themselves in the thick of the AFC Playoff race come December. If that does indeed happen, you can look back at this Thanksgiving day game where it all started.

Take a look at three bold predictions for the Chargers in their game against the Cowboys on Thursday afternoon.
