2017 NFL Picks, score predictions for Week 13

Tampa Bay Buccaneers (4-7) at Green Bay Packers (5-6)

It’s been a season of tough breaks for the Green Bay Packers, who watched an injury to Aaron Rodgers essentially flush their campaign down the toilet. Despite losing four of their last five games, they’ve shown some spark in recent weeks.

In Week 12, the Packers nearly knocked off the Steelers before a last-second field goal did them in. Brett Hundley was solid under center, and an impressive performance from rookie runner Jamaal Williams helped them stay in the game until the very end. It’s that never-quit attitude that’ll carry them to the win in Week 13.

The fact that they’re playing the Tampa Bay Buccaneers helps, too. It’s been an ugly year for the Buccaneers, who have been one of the NFL’s most underwhelming teams. An injury to Jameis Winston didn’t help, but they’ve been awful in other departments as well.

Tampa Bay will put together a valiant effort against Green Bay. It should even be close until the very end. Unfortunately for the Buccaneers, when all is said and done, the Packers will add another notch to the win column and keep their sliver of playoff hope alive.
