11. Jimmy Graham, TE, Seattle Seahawks

2017 Salary: $10,000,000

Where he will sign: Jacksonville Jaguars

Year after year, the Jacksonville Jaguars have made splash after splash during free agency. This year should be no different, even with the franchise possessing less spending power than they’ve had in the last couple of offseasons.

So, in usual fashion, the Jaguars go big with the signing of Jimmy Graham. Marcedes Lewis is quickly fading, and looks like a solid cap casualty candidate in 2018. The rest of the tight end depth chart isn’t anything to brag about. More importantly, the Jaguars could have a new quarterback next season (more on that later), and need to arm him with dangerous weapons.

That’s exactly what Graham is, even if he has been a bit erratic with his production in recent years. The Seahawks haven’t done a great job of using him correctly, often failing to target him in the red zone despite his natural abilities in that area of the field. Even with Leonard Fournette in the backfield, having a capable red zone threat would be ideal for Jacksonville.

Graham needs a change of scenery after some tough times in Seattle. With the Jaguars currently enjoying an upward trajectory, this would be a terrific opportunity for one of the league’s best tight ends to revitalize his career.
