9. Andrew Norwell

2017 Salary: $2,746,000

Where he will sign: Minnesota Vikings

The Minnesota Vikings have made huge strides this season, especially along the offensive line. However, as we’ve seen throughout the 2017 campaign, the guard position is still a significant concern moving forward.

Nick Easton is no long-term option at left guard, and there isn’t much competition for the job currently on the roster. Meanwhile, Joe Berger, the starting right guard, has already made it clear he plans on retiring after this season. No matter which side they choose to address, the Vikings need to add a quality starter at guard.

Look no further than Andrew Norwell, arguably the best guard set to hit the market in 2018. Over the last couple of seasons, he’s developed into a near-elite talent who can make a tremendous impact no matter the play call. He’s a top-notch pass protector who has made sizable strides as a run blocker in recent years.

Norwell is going to cost a lot, especially with the lack of top blockers available this offseason. However, if the Vikings can find the cap space, they need to land a talent like Norwell to help solidify the front five.”
