3. Melvin Gordon will have 150 or more all-purpose yards

It may not exactly feel like it, but Melvin Gordon has had a heck of the season for the Chargers in his third NFL season. With well over 1,000 all-purpose yards and nine total touchdowns through 12 games this year, the former Wisconsin Badgers running back has helped this team climb out of a 0-4 start to their season.

More from Los Angeles Chargers

Needless to say, I believe Gordon has the potential to destroy the Redskins defense in Week 14 and go for 150 all-purpose yards or more.

In case you didn’t watch the Redskins match-up with the Cowboys last week, you should know that Dallas running back Alfred Morris totaled 127 rushing yards on 27 carries for one touchdown. If we’re being honest, Morris hadn’t been that successful all season long.

With that said, Gordon should feel pretty darn good about his chances to gain some serious yardage on Sunday afternoon and possibly rack up a few scores in the process.

Not to mention, with a potential trip to the AFC Playoffs on the horizon, we’re going to see Gordon play with an intensity in Week 14 that will be second-to-none; something Washington is not ready for whatsoever.
