It’s the second-straight trip to an NFC South team for the Minnesota Vikings as they travel to Charlotte to play the Carolina Panthers in Week 14 action. Last week, Minnesota went on the road and upset the Atlanta Falcons 14-9. They held the explosive Falcons in check, never allowing them to get the ball in the end zone.

Now at 10-2, the Vikings are in a tie for first in the NFC, which is a testament to the depth they have. Case Keenum was their secondary option at quarterback, but is leading a strong offense after taking over for an injured Sam Bradford. They’ve also had to replace Dalvin Cook, as the exciting rookie running back tore his ACL and is now on IR.

As for Carolina, they’re fresh off a bad loss to the New Orleans Saints, who are now one game ahead of them for their division lead and have swept the Panthers. Should they want any chance at surpassing New Orleans, they need to win every game and get some help. Their game Sunday will be a tough task as they try and accomplish that goal.
