The Chicago Bears ended another season. We go over the season — the good, the bad, and the ugly — month by month.

Well, the Chicago Bears ended another season. They also ended another losing season with a last-place finish. For those counting, that’s four last-place finishes in a row.

While this was another frustrating season for the fans, they have some hope for the future. Some young players stood up and got noticed, including quarterback Mitch Trubisky. Many became upset at his drafting, but Trubisky showed he may be the quarterback the Bears searched for through the last 30 seasons or so.

The day after the Bears’ final game, they fired head coach John Fox. He was too conservative for his own good and failed to properly handle the young players. His mentality of run-first and his handcuffing of the young quarterback (not to mention a 14-34 record) sealed his fate.

Now the search for a replacement is underway. In the meantime, we’ll take a month-by-month review of the team’s 2017 season. Yes, it was a down season, but there was some good. There was also a lot of ugly. There were some head-thumping goings-on that baffled fans.

Let’s take a look at the 2017 Chicago Bears season.
