The New Orleans Saints have truly stepped up their game this year. From an excellent draft to returning players to seasoned veterans, they are miles ahead of who they were last season. It’s hard to imagine how they’ll be able to top themselves in 2018. Either way, they have such a complete team but some players have clearly stood out.

Heading into this week’s Wild Card game, there’s a lot at stake. It’s their chance to show they’re the leaders of the NFC South and have a chance at winning a Super Bowl. They’ll also be facing off against the Panthers for a third time.

In their previous two matchups, they have been bolstered by good offensive play and even greater defensive play. Most of that had to with their relatively young defense and a rejuvenated offense. While they have some big names on the field, there are a few guys who have flown under the radar, too.

Obviously, the Saints will play with everything they have, but three players are going to be the X-factor in helping them win. From creating turnovers, catching touchdowns and being incredibly dominant, these three are going to be the Panthers biggest nightmare.
