The Atlanta Falcons face the Philadelphia Eagles in the Divisional Round of the NFC Playoffs on Saturday. Take a look at three key players for the Dirty Birds.

We are about to experience the battle of the birds this weekend, as the Atlanta Falcons and Philadelphia Eagles square off in the Divisional Round of the 2018 NFL Playoffs. With Matt Ryan and the red-hot Falcons coming into Lincoln Financial Field for the first time this year, Philly will do everything possible to emerge victorious and host the NFC Championship one week later.

For long-time fans of the Dirty Birds, the team’s win last weekend over the Los Angeles Rams had to be extremely refreshing. For decades, this fanbase has desperately pleaded for a defense that would lead this franchise to a playoff win on the road.

Not only did they accomplish that feat in the Wild Card Round, but the Falcons defense has their eyes set on Nick Foles in the team’s biggest game of the year. Atlanta has faced some amazing quarterbacks over the last two months, but needless to say, Foles doesn’t exactly fit in that category.

Regardless, the Falcons must approach this matchup as if they were heading to New Orleans to face Drew Brees. In a win or go home situation, Atlanta can ill-afford to look past the NFC’s one-seeded Eagles.

That said, take a look at three players who are key to the Falcons beating the Eagles on Saturday afternoon.
