With a victory over the New Orleans Saints, the Minnesota Vikings will host the NFC Championship next weekend. Here are three players who’ll help them win.

The Minnesota Vikings and New Orleans Saints have a huge opportunity on Sunday afternoon, just needing one more win to reach the 2018 NFC Championship game. These two squads met up back in Week 1 of the 2017 season, with the Vikings emerging victorious by a score of 29-19. While that was a dominating win for Minnesota, I’d argue that these teams are in two totally different places since early-September. Needless to say, this Divisional Round matchup will play out much differently than their game over three months ago.

On Minnesota’s sideline, Case Kennum has been the quarterback Mike Zimmer has been waiting for, leading the Vikings to an impressive 13-3 record. Not only has Keenum made this offense one to be reckoned with, but this Vikings squad, as a whole, has been far better because of him.

On the New Orleans sideline, things are much different as well. If you remember back in Week 1, Adrian Peterson was still in the Saints backfield, with Mark Ingram and Alvin Kamara getting the remaining carries. Fast forward a few months, and the combination of Ingram and Kamara have become the most dangerous running back duo in the NFL.

In a match-up that is much closer than their previous meeting in 2017, take a look at three Vikings players who’ll be the biggest factors in helping Minnesota get one step closer to Super Bowl LII.
