2018 NFL Power Rankings: Final four set for Championship Round
By Randy Gurzi
1. New England Patriots
It was easily the most impressive win of the Divisional Round of the 2018 NFL Playoffs and the reason why the New England Patriots hold the No. 1 spot in the final four of these NFL Power Rankings. They took on the Tennessee Titans and walked away with a 35-14 win, but that last touchdown by the Titans came when the Pats were already in prevent mode.
They had a complete game too as superstar quarterback Tom Brady continues to defy father time. He went for 337 yards with three touchdowns and no interceptions. While tight end Rob Gronkowski had 81 yards and a score, it was Danny Amendola that made life miserable for the Titans defense.
The slot receiver picked up 112 yards on 11 receptions, as he continued to be a reliable presence for the team who is without Julian Edelman this season.

Even scarier than that for opponents is the way the defense is playing for New England. After starting the year looking lost on that side, they’ve become a force and had eight sacks on Saturday night. That’s a testament to defensive coordinator Matt Patricia, which explains why he’s rumored to be the next head coach for the Detroit Lions.
