2. Defense will sack Tom Brady 6+ times

You don’t dub yourself “Sacksonville” without that having some merit to it. And with the defensive front that the Jacksonville Jaguars have constructed, there is undoubtedly merit to the title. They have one of the most dangerous and lethal front fours in the sport and they have lived up to the billing all season. And against the Patriots, it could be their versatility that really eats up the interior of the New England offensive line.

Having a guy like Calais Campbell is so massively important for the Jags. He’s a matchup nightmare for offenses, and even more so because he can play inside or out in the 4-3 depending on how Jacksonville is lining up. With how the New England line has struggled at times on the interior, slotting Campbell inside with Malik Jackson and allowing those two guys to control the inside with speed coming on the outside should make for Tom Brady having a long day at the office.

1. Jags won’t just win, but will earn a double-digit victory

If we’re talking about bold predictions, this one has to be on there. Most would say that the Jaguars even winning against the Patriots would be a bold predictions. However, I’m not afraid to take it one step further. Jacksonville is going to win this game, and they’re going to do so to the tune of two scores and double digits.

No, I don’t think that the Jaguars offense is going to light up the Pats for 45 points like they put up last week. However, I just believe that the defense is so damn good and presents so many matchup problems for the Patriots (or anyone, for that matter) that they can control everything in this game and have their way. In the end, that will lead the Jags to their first-ever Super Bowl appearance after an AFC Championship win.
