As Jon Gruden plans to put the Oakland Raiders back on the fast track to playoff competition, the top picks from the 2015 draft class must bounce back.

The Oakland Raiders drafted 10 players in 2015 and five currently remain on the roster. Three played significant roles during the previous season, the other two held reserve roles.

Head coach Jon Gruden just assembled his coaching staff and the group has likely watched hours film to properly evaluate the roster. Like any incoming regime, the new decision-makers will make changes, implement new plans and expand or limit player roles.

For drafted talents entering their fourth season, it’s about time to crank up production before their rookie deals expire. When looking at general manager Reggie McKenzie‘s 2015 selections from a broad perspective, it’s not a pretty picture, especially after wideout Amari Cooper‘s struggles during the 2017 campaign.

Gruden and his assistants could salvage what’s left of the 2015 class or turn the page and place incoming free agents and rookies in more prominent roles.

We’ll focus on McKenzie’s top three picks from three years ago and potential outlooks for the soon-to-be fourth-year veterans going forward. How will each individual fare under Gruden? Who’s most likely to return on a second deal?
