While the big game is obviously between the Patriots and Eagles, we take a look at who is performing the Super Bowl 52 halftime show.

Super Bowl 52 promises to be one for the ages. Yes, there might be some malaise about seeing the New England Patriots playing once again on the final Sunday of the season. However, this is a game that offers a unique challenge as they face off with the Philadelphia Eagles.

While the Eagles are without their MVP-candidate second-year quarterback, Carson Wentz, due to injury, they have one of the most fearsome rosters from top-to-bottom in the league. Their defense can cause Tom Brady and Co. issues. Meanwhile, Nick Foles has shown he can be good enough to make plays, especially against a suspect New England defense.

As great as the game promises to be though, there is more than just football in store for Super Bowl 52. This is a spectacle guised as a football game, and that includes the ever-popular halftime show. We’ve seen countless memorable performances at the Super Bowl halftime show before.

Few will forget Michael Jackson or Prince when they lit up the stage with their performances. More recently, Beyonce stole the show in a massive way. So then, who will it be in Minnesota on Sunday?

Justin Timberlake will be the Super Bowl 52 halftime show performer. As of right now, he’s the only one listed. However, numerous rumors about who could potentially join him have been swirling. Whether alone or with friends, it promises to be a can’t-miss act.
