The Indianapolis Colts were able to find a head coach in Frank Reich after the Josh McDaniels debacle, but now how should he attack the 2018 NFL Draft?

Josh McDaniels may have burned the Indianapolis Colts by deciding that a future in New England was better than Indianapolis, but this is the NFL. And like with any business, you must move on.

That’s exactly what owner Jim Irsay and second year general manager Chris Ballard when they hired former Philadelphia Eagles offensive coordinator Frank Reich. Reich is stepping into a position where the team has more questions than answers, but quarterbck isn’t one of them.

Andrew Luck may not have picked up a ball since being injured and rehabbing from the subsequent should surgery, but they have a solid guy in Jacoby Brisett to hold it down while Luck continues his road to recovery. Considering the Eagles just won a Super Bowl with their backup quarterback (Nick Foles), Reich knows that anything is possible.

So for Colts fans, all is not lost. In the NFL things can change for the better fairly quickly. With some key free agent signings and a nice haul in the 2018 NFL Draft, the Colts could just end up a few players away from an instantaneous turnaround.

Focusing on the latter, here are three players the Colts can draft to make 2018 a successful season.
