After an exciting free agency period, how can the Chicago Bears make the most out of their 2018 NFL Draft capital? Find out in this complete seven-round 2018 mock draft.

The Chicago Bears made one of the first big splashes of free agency this offseason when they signed wide receiver Allen Robinson to a three-year contract. Coming off of a torn ACL, signing Robinson is certainly a risk. However, he is still one of the most naturally gifted receiver in the NFL.

Adding Robinson to the mix gives the Bears a legitimate number one receiver on the outside. His impressive athleticism and ridiculous catch radius will obviously help quarterback Mitch Trubisky going forward. Nothing is more important for the Bears than putting Trubisky in ideal situations to succeed.

On top of signing Robinson, the Bears also landed free agent pass catchers Trey Burton and Taylor Gabriel. Burton’s versatile skill set at the tight end position and Gabriel’s blazing speed on the outside and in the slot gives Trubisky even more intriguing options in the passing attack. New head coach Matt Nagy knows how to create successful situations in the passing game and now the Bears have the weapons to showcase on the offensive side of the ball.

On top of adding impact receivers for Trubisky to work with, the Bears were able to bring back their starting cornerback duo of Kyle Fuller and Prince Amukamara. The Bears did a great job of making sure they had enough talent on both sides of the ball in free agency. However, the work is far from over.

In order for the Chicago Bears to really take the next step forward, they must continue to nail their draft picks. Finding impact talent in free agency is nice, but the best way to find sustainable success is building through the draft.

Ryan Pace and company have done a nice job of finding talented building blocks in the draft in recent years and will look to continue that in the 2018 NFL Draft. Find out how in this complete seven-round 2018 NFL mock draft.
