This offseason, the Oakland Raiders finally did what once seemed impossible. They got Jon Gruden out of the Monday Night Football booth and back on the sidelines. The Raiders signed Gruden to a 10-year, $100 million contract and he is now fully in charge of what they do going forward.

The Raiders have already started reshaping their roster to fit Gruden this offseason.
