It still doesn’t seem real that the Philadelphia Eagles were able to become Super Bowl champions with Nick Foles at quarterback on top of all the other injuries they were forced to overcome, showing just how special of a head coach Doug Pederson truly is. No matter who ends up starting off the new season under center, the Eagles are going to be a very tough opponent to defeat in the NFC once again, as they will be a team on a mission to repeat as champions.

Believe it or not, even the defending champions have areas in need of improvement, as Philadelphia would be wise to use this year’s draft to add even more depth to the offensive line. Sadly, guys like Jason Peters aren’t getting any younger, and if the Eagles are in position to trade up to land a lineman with potential like Kolton Miller, they should jump on the opportunity.

More than ever, Philadelphia is going to need the best protection for their quarterbacks after Carson Wentz suffered a torn ACL last December. The UCLA lineman may have a few areas in need of improvement, but with the right coaching, Miller could be in for a successful NFL career.
