4. player. 53. . Quarterback. UCLA. Josh Rosen

Just like the Jets, many expect this draft to finally be the year in which the Browns focus on finding a quarterback to build the franchise around since Tyrod Taylor doesn’t appear to be the answer, even if Jackson claims he plans on using him as the starter in 2018. The argument can be made that no team has missed out on so many great quarterbacks over the years as much as Cleveland, and with two of the top four picks in the first round, it is literally impossible for them to mess things up again.

The good news for the Browns is they kind of control their own destiny when it comes to selecting a potential quarterback since the team could have any player they want at No. 1 or simply wait to see who ends up being available at No. 4. Rightfully so, Josh Rosen is one of this year’s top prospects for numerous reasons such as his great mechanics or simply ability to get the football in the hands of his receivers.

Plus, with Cleveland acquiring Jarvis Landry from the Miami Dolphins in a trade, Rosen could benefit right away from having a favorite target to work with in the passing game. For the sake of the Browns, lets hope Rosen is the quarterback the organization has been waiting for after all these years of suffering under center.
