It has been another active offseason for the Buffalo Bills. Which five veteran newcomers rank as the club’s top additions?

It proved to be quite a wild ride for the new head coach of the Buffalo Bills. A little over a year ago, Sean McDermott became the team’s 10th different sideline leader since 1998 — the season after Hall of Fame head coach Marv Levy retired. His stay with the team began with general manager Doug Whaley, who was cut loose by the organization right after the 2017 NFL Draft. Enter GM Brandon Beane, who is now at the controls and has proven to be just as aggressive as Whaley was in terms of wheeling and dealing.

When it was all said and done, and it wasn’t really quite done when it came to trades, Buffalo opened this past season with a 5-2 record. Then came a midseason slump which included the benching of quarterback Tyrod Taylor. Safe to say that did not work out and the underappreciated veteran returned to the starting lineup.

When it was all finally over in Week 17, the Bills would clinch a playoff spot for the first time since 1999. Their stay in the postseason was short-lived thanks to a 10-3 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars. But the longest drought in terms of current playoff appearances by a team in the league had finally ended.

But it’s been another offseason of dramatic change — including the trade of Taylor to the Cleveland Browns. So of all the moves the Bills have made this offseason, which rank as their top five?
