Philadelphia Eagles: 7-Round 2018 mock draft in mid-April
This latest Philadelphia Eagles mock draft is a guideline for the defending Super Bowl champions to walk away from the 2018 NFL Draft as winners.
The rich get richer. The reigning champion Philadelphia Eagles have had an excellent offseason in which they appear to have actually improved as a team. Is the 2018 NFL Draft the perfect opportunity for them to ensure a return trip to the Super Bowl next season?
We already know what the Eagles bring to the table. They’ve got one of the best quarterback duos in the NFL, plenty of offensive playmakers, a ridiculous starting 11 on defense and an underrated coaching staff. They’ve made some significant splashes in the last month, and now have a shot to bolster this roster even further via the draft.
So what’s the plan with the six picks the Eagles currently own? It’s anyone’s guess at this point, but that’s the whole point of putting together a seven-round mock draft.
It’ll be interesting to see how the team plans on attacking the 2018 NFL Draft. I’m assuming the defensive depth will be a big focus. The same can be said for the offense, particularly along the offensive line and at a skill position or two. This roster is already loaded, but more must be done if the Eagles are to ensure another Super Bowl appearance.
With that in mind, let’s take a look at my latest Eagles seven-round mock draft as the 2018 NFL Draft inches closer. It’ll be here before you know it, so read on to see what Philadelphia’s 2018 draft class could potentially look like.
