Among the top prospects nearly out of reach, who’s the ideal player for the Oakland Raiders at No. 10? How would they impact the team in 2018?

In a perfect world, which prospect would the Oakland Raiders hope to see available at the No. 10 spot Thursday?

If the Buffalo Bills or another quarterback-needy team moves up, there’s a strong possibility that a top player at his position takes a slight fall in the selection order.

The fanbase had its say in a poll question:

Raiders fans understand North Carolina State product Bradley Chubb will likely come off the board before the 10th pick, but they also realize the need to help Khalil Mack rush the passer on the defensive line.

Chubb stands apart from the edge-rushers in the draft. He shouldn’t fall past the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at No. 7. Running back Saquon Barkley comes close as an untouchable prospect for the Raiders since he’s been discussed as a “can’t miss” pick along with Notre Dame offensive guard Quenton Nelson, who isn’t listed in the poll.

For the remaining two choices, there are scenarios in which either defensive back could slip a few spots backward right into general manager Reggie McKenzie’s lap.

Still, we’ll go through the four dream prospects and what it would mean to the Raiders if one inexplicably falls too far down the draft board.
