3. Josh Rosen, QB, UCLA

The chances of Josh Rosen sliding all the way to No. 11 may have seemed far fetched when the draft process first began. However, since the Combine, according to NFL media outlets, Rosen’s stock has seen a drastic decline. In fact, ESPN NFL Draft analyst Todd McShay’s reason behind Josh Rosen’s draft tumble outside of the top 10 was explained in USA Today.

"“There are red flags in that you have to try to figure out if you can coach him, if he’s coachable, and what kind of teammate he’s going to be, when it’s all said and done. And does he need football and love football? There are some teams that believe in him, and there are some teams that are very hesitant.”"

McShay isn’t alone, there are reports all across the web, and any outlet that covers the draft. Even Rosen hears the rumors, but he’s confident that he’ll have the last laugh. For the Fins, this would give this regime their quarterback and a better prospect than Baker Mayfield, who has been linked to the Dolphins for quite some time.

This staff has no ties to Ryan Tannehill and could cut him after the 2018 season or at the very least coach him up to great season and make him trade bait. If Rosen falls to them, you better believe that he’ll be considered the guy.
