NFL Draft 2018: 5 Ways to improve your draft party
3. Create your very own draft board
Most of the people at your draft party are there because they love the NFL. As mentioned above, a few will be there for food and drinks. They’ll check out as soon as the clock starts. However, before the clock starts, a fun idea is creating a big board for you and your guests.
Depending on how many guests you have, you can do this ahead of them. You can create one out of poster board and color-code each person’s pick with sticky notes. If you don’t feel like putting in a lot of efforts, have everyone write their predictions on a piece of paper.
This is an extremely popular practice for fantasy football players, so why not take it a step further this year? Not only is it a fun way to get more involved in the draft, but an awesome way to start an argument with someone. Just kidding, unless you and your guests have vastly different opinions.
Either way, this is an easy way to get your guests more involved in the draft without putting in a lot of effort. This could also be turned into the drinking game with those who picked wrong having to drink.
