It has been a busy few months for all 32 teams. With the conclusion of the 2018 NFL Draft, what five acquisitions stand out for the Cleveland Browns?

Some can repeat the numbers in their sleep. The Cleveland Browns re-entered the NFL as an expansion draft as an expansion team in 1999. There have been two winning seasons by the club since — the last coming in 2007. There has been one playoff appearance by this current franchise — that coming way back in 2002.

In 19 seasons since 1999, the Browns own an 88-216 regular-season record and is currently in the midst of a 17-game losing streak that dates back to Week 17 of the 2016 season. There have been nine different head coaches, including current sideline leader Hue Jacksons, and 28 different starting signal-callers in 19 campaigns. And there will be a new name or names added to that latter list this coming fall as the club has completely renovated its quarterbacking corps.

These days, there is also a new general manager in John Dorsey — last with the Kansas City Chiefs. He was very aggressive this offseason and with good reason. Once again, there are a lot of new faces on this roster. But will that mean the same old results? More importantly, where are five best additions for these Cleveland Browns so far this year?
