New York Jets: JetUp Bleeding Green Podcast, Impact players Part 3
Terrelle Pryor is the best receiver on the New York Jets and should be their No. 1 option.
When it comes to the wide receiver position, the New York Jets have an open competition. That said, they already know who their best option is, and his name is Terrelle Pryor, and that’s why they signed him as a free agent for one year and $4.5 million during the offseason.
In this week’s episode Michael Pallas will discuss why Pryor should be the New York Jets No. 1 option at wide receiver and not Robby Anderson. Even though Anderson is an ascending talent, he hasn’t proven anything in the two seasons he’s actually played in the NFL to warrant being the No. 1 receiver going into camp, and Pryor has.
Michael will break down the two careers and show why going into camp, Anderson isn’t the guy. They both have similar skill sets, but Anderson isn’t quite there yet. You can believe Anderson is better, but despite playing the position his whole life, Anderson hasn’t put up the season Pryor did in 2016 — Pryor’s second season as a wide receiver…ever.
