14. Alvin Kamara

Without question, Alvin Kamara will go down as one of the biggest steals from the 2017 NFL Draft when looking at how much of an offensive threat he became for the New Orleans Saints as both a running back and receiver. Rushing wise, Kamara may have ended up more productive in the receiving department, but don’t be surprised if the Saints end up using him more as a runner during his sophomore campaign.

One of the main reasons why New Orleans was so successful on offense was due to their dynamic duo at running back consisting of Kamara and Mark Ingram. But with Ingram receiving a suspension for the first four games of the season, this means Kamara may end up with a heavier workload than previously expected to start off the 2018 season.

Luckily for the Saints, Kamara handling a heavier workload shouldn’t be an issue, and could even give him a better chance of making a push for that 2,000-yard rushing mark with Ingram being absent for that first month. For a player that was selected in the third round, it’s safe to say every other NFL team wishes they had considered Kamara earlier on since the running back is just scratching the surface of his true potential.
