The New York Jets had a formidable front seven when Todd Bowles first arrived, and now their getting back to that.

When Todd Bowles first arrived to the New York Jets as their 20th head coach in franchise history, they did things that amazed the fans. Ryan Fitzpatrick became the first quarterback with at least 30 touchdowns in a season, both Eric Decker and Brandon Marshall have over 1,000 yards and double-digit receiving touchdowns.

Where Bowles had the most effect was on the defense. On that season, they had 30 takeaways and 39 sacks. In the last two seasons, however, they’ve combined for 34 takeaways and 55 sacks.

In this episode, Michael Pallas will tell you how the Jets can get back to form by the improvement of their front seven.
