The New York Jets want to establish a culture of winning, and even though it starts with Todd Bowles and Mike Maccagnan, it’s really about Jeremy Bates and Kacy Rodgers.

Michael Pallas is back for another week of New York Jets discussion. In this episode of the JetUp Bleeding Green Podcast, he will talk about the Jets assistant coaches and how they’re going to have the most pressure to lead this team in 2018 and going forward.

Assistant coaches in the NFL don’t usually get a lot of buzz, with the exception of when it’s time for head coach openings to be filled. For the Jets in 2018, Kacy Rodgers (defensive coordinator) and Jeremy Bates (offensive coordinator) will have the task of leading their respective groups of players to success. He will tell you how the “Patriot Way” applies to the Jets in one very particular regard.

He will also talk about the Jets running game, and it’s integral part of their success. Who will be the leading rusher and receiver on the team?
