Along with 31 other NFL teams, the Denver Broncos open training camp later this month. What five offseason additions stand out for this team?

Like it or not, it has kind of come apart for the Men from Mile High the last two years. Since winning Super Bowl 50 in 2015 and opening defense of their NFL championship 4-0 start one year later, the Denver Broncos own a dismal 10-18 win-loss record in their last 28 contests.

In 2017, the club plummeted to 5-11 and posted the team’s first losing campaign since 2010. It was a rocky debut season for new head coach Vance Joseph, who at times appeared overwhelmed by his new gig. The former defensive coordinator of the Miami Dolphins saw the Broncos struggle on both sides of the football. And the team’s once-proud defensive unit, while still proving to be stingy in terms of yards allowed, failed to show up too many times.

But 2018 is a new year and a new start. And twice this past season, we saw clubs (the Philadelphia Eagles and Jacksonville Jaguars) rebound from last-place finishes to win division titles. And given the state of the AFC West these days, could we see that happen this fall?

While the Broncos have not made a slew of changes from the previous year, there have been some significant moves. So what five offseason additions stand out the most for Joseph’s club?
