At this moment, the Seahawks’ starting offensive line is pretty much set. Duane Brown, Ethan Pocic, Justin Britt, D.J. Fluker and Germain Ifedi/George Fant figure to make up some combination of the front five when Week 1 rolls around — assuming no injuries occur.

Determining what the rest of the depth chart will look like is a shot in the dark, though. Behind those six, I would imagine only three others will make the 53-man roster. Unfortunately for Rees Odhiambo, there will be plenty of stiff competition during training camp.

I personally think Jamarco Jones will have no trouble sticking around past Week 1. He may be a rookie fifth-round pick, but he flashed enough upside at Ohio State to warrant a long look. I’m also going with Jordan Roos to survive, which leaves one spot open.

Willie Beavers is an experienced option who could stick, especially after getting looks with the first team during minicamp. I also like the potential of undrafted rookie Skyler Phillips, who I thought could have come off the board in the sixth round. Either way, one of them will outlast Odhiambo, sending the former third-round pick home without a playbook.

Odhiambo seemed like an exciting prospect coming out of Boise State in 2016. However, through two seasons, it’s been nothing but injuries and ineffective play. That’s why he’s gone come September.
