We’ve ranked the top Chicago Bears players by position. We looked at wide receivers, linebackers, and defensive linemen so far. Next up comes the offensive linemen.

As with the other positions, and with a storied franchise like the Bears, there are some of the top players ever on this list. The franchise boasts some of the best running backs in the game, and a part of that is because of the offensive line.

Some of these linemen made it possible for someone like Walter Payton to run rampant on the football field and break the all-time NFL rushing record.

There’s a saying in football that no matter how talented the skill players are if the men up front don’t do their jobs nothing will happen. The big burly guys fight in the trenches and rarely get the attention they deserve. Every snap they take is like running into a brick wall at full speed. All football players take a beating during their careers but offensive linemen suffer more than other positions.
