26. Green Bay Packers (via New Orleans Saints): Martez Ivey, Florida, OT

Losing Aaron Rodgers wasn’t the only thing that hurt the Green Bay Packers in 2017. They also had issues on their offensive line which led to them having a lot of problems.

A lot of shuffling happened when David Bakhtiari was injured early on and Bryan Bulaga suffered a torn ACL to end his season. With their second pick in this first round, they get someone who could fill in for either of those players with Martez Ivey from Florida.

While he could be a long-term answer for Bulaga who will turn 30 next year, Ivey can also help at guard if Green Bay would like him to. He played that position for the Gators and was well decorated doing so according to Ryan Young of SEC Country.

"“Ivey, who played primarily left guard his first two seasons before moving to tackle last fall, has made 31 starts over three seasons. He was a two-time SEC Offensive Lineman of the Week in 2016 and earned second-team All-SEC honors each of the last two seasons.” — Young, SEC Country."

In the end, this move just gives them more options up front, which is never a bad thing to have. Especially for a team that saw their depth become an issue in 2017.
