3. Anthony Miller, WR, Chicago Bears

Current ADP: 136.7

Last year, I wouldn’t have touched any part of the Chicago Bears’ passing game with a 10-foot pole. However, as we head into 2018, the unit offers a lot more intrigue than they did a year ago. One of the reasons for that is new head coach Matt Nagy.

Coming over from the Kansas City Chiefs, Nagy has spent the last few years turning the KC offense into a well-oiled machine. Not only did he help Alex Smith remain one of the league’s most consistent, mistake-free passers, but he found ways to take full advantage of the talents of unique players like Tyreek Hill, Kareem Hunt and Travis Kelce.

Now in Chicago, Nagy figures to have a similar impact on the Chicago offense. It’s easy to assume that’ll include turning players like Allen Robinson and Jordan Howard into fantasy superstars, but I wouldn’t be surprised if Anthony Miller is the one who benefits most from the Bears’ new head honcho.

Chicago’s second-round pick back in April, Miller has all the makings of a highly productive slot receiver. He’s well polished for a rookie, sporting excellent hands, good route running and a knack for turning in big plays. Combine all of those things, and you’ve got a weapon Nagy will be eager to put on display this season.

With Robinson battling his way back from a torn ACL and Taylor Gabriel more of a gadget player, look for Miller to carve out a role as a reliable, go-to option for Mitchell Trubisky. By season’s end, I imagine he’ll be one of the best slot receivers in the league.
