I know, slightly inappropriate. Trust me, though, when I say that it’s tame compared to some of the other grotesque, obscene team names out there. In my opinion, this one is good for someone who wants to get a laugh without being too crude.

Being a fan of the Los Angeles Rams, one of 2018’s top early contenders, will help. However, even if you just like young stars at quarterback, then maybe this one will fit your fancy.

After a tough rookie campaign, Jared Goff showed why he was the No. 1 overall pick in 2016. With an aggressive new head coach and revamped offense, the young gunslinger began tearing up the rest of the league. Now with the bust label removed and the future looking bright for the Rams, anything is possible for Goff in Year 3.

Goff may not put up gaudy numbers on a weekly basis, but he’s a smart, stable quarterback who can put up consistent points. If you’re looking for a strong, late-round backup for your fantasy team, I’d consider keeping Goff on your radar as you’re preparing for your draft.
