Week 12: at New Orleans Saints (Thanksgiving Night)

For the second time in 2018, the Falcons and Saints will square-off on the gridiron; however, this match-up will be under the bright lights of primetime football on Thanksgiving Night. Unfortunately for the Falcons, they’ll get beat once again, losing their fourth game of the year, and their second to New Orleans.

To be honest, there’s never been anything good that happens to the Dirty Birds down in New Orleans. Year in and year out, it’s like the Falcons are experiencing some kind of “Friday the 13th” scenario where the Saints get every ball to bounce their way, while Atlanta looks on confused and conflicted.

Who knows, maybe this is finally the year the Falcons stick it to the Saints on the road, earning a humongous victory heading into December? Needless to say, I desperately hope they prove me wrong, but playing New Orleans on a short week will be very, very tough.

Either way, Atlanta remains a very tough team heading into the last month of the 2018-2019 season.

Final Score:

Atlanta Falcons (7-4): 19, New Orleans Saints: 27
