Week 14: at Green Bay Packers

Believe it or not, the Falcons have actually beaten Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers three-straight times dating back to the 2016 NFC Championship Game. As great as that run has been, it’ll unfortunately end for Atlanta in this December match-up with the Packers. Needless to say, I don’t see Rodgers losing to the Dirty Birds for the fourth-straight time.

Another factor in this game will be the weather. Who knows what a December afternoon in Green Bay will hold for the Falcons and Packers, but I’m sure it’ll be very cold and the field will be as hard as pavement.

Maybe that’ll play into the hands of the Packers or maybe it won’t. Either way, I can almost guarantee we’re going to see Rodgers play one heck of a game, even against an Atlanta defense that’ll finish within the top ten of many defensive categories in 2018.

There’s no shame in getting beat by a former NFL MVP on his own turf, but this loss will definitely have Falcons fans anxious about their team’s prospective postseason chances.

Final Score:

Atlanta Falcons (8-5): 24, Green Bay Packers: 34
